Ideal Profile
  • Diploma in Catering or equivalent professional culinary qualification

  • At least 1 to 2 years experience in a Sous Chef or similar supervisory kitchen role
  • Strong leadership capability in fast-paced, multi-cuisine kitchen environments
  • Ability to manage kitchen teams under pressure while maintaining quality standards
