  • Review and analyze commercial technology utilization data to assess operational effectiveness and compliance
  • Provide structured insights to senior management on commercial technology standards and adoption levels
  • Support documentation, governance and compliance processes within global freight forwarding sales operations
  • Generate data-driven recommendations and corrective measures to improve technology performance
  • Propose continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen governance frameworks
  • Support performance management activities including zero defect initiatives, QBR and ELT reporting
  • Prepare management reports and executive presentations for senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate with technology, product, procurement and regional teams to align improvements
  • Assist in translating business requirements into structured business requirement documents
  • Ensure adherence to DP World Code of Conduct, safety and ethics standards
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Freight Forwarding or related field
  • 3 to 5 years experience in sales operations, governance, compliance or data analytics within freight forwarding or logistics
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Familiarity with Jira beneficial
  • Experience in process documentation, audit support and compliance frameworks
  • Strong understanding of KPIs and performance management structures
  • Detail oriented, technology savvy and process focused
  • Strong communication skills for reporting, training and documentation
