Overview of the role:We are looking for a driven and technically strong Sales Consultant for Air Compressors & Industrial Products to join our Industrial Products Division at FAMCO. This role is responsible for driving the sales of Ingersoll Rand air compressors and air treatment solutions across Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving strategic growth objectives, expanding market share, and strengthening relationships across major industries, EPC contractors, and Oil & Gas companies within the UAE.What you will do:
  • Achieve unit sales budget and gross margin targets for air compressors and accessories
  • Generate new business by visiting and developing potential customers across assigned territory
  • Prepare techno-commercial quotations, conduct regular follow-ups, and close profitable deals
  • Manage key accounts within the territory and drive customer retention and repeat orders
  • Coordinate closely with the National Sales Manager to support business development initiatives
  • Ensure timely payment collections and maintain compliance with FAMCO policies
  • Monitor and report competitor activities and market trends within the air compressor industry
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, EPC standards, and Oil & Gas sector requirements
  • Promote product marketing initiatives to increase market penetration and share
