- Lead commercial strategy and provide financial direction across major infrastructure programs
- Manage and administer complex contracts including FIDIC, NEC, and bespoke agreements
- Identify contractual and financial risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies
- Oversee assessment and negotiation of variations, claims, and dispute resolutions
- Supervise cost planning, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and earned value analysis
- Act as primary commercial interface with clients, contractors, and authorities
- Ensure compliance with procurement laws and regulatory frameworks
- Mentor and guide commercial managers, quantity surveyors, and cost engineers
- Prepare executive-level commercial reports and financial performance dashboards
- Safeguard financial viability while supporting on-time project delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Engineering, or related discipline
- Postgraduate qualification in Construction Law or related field is advantageous
- Minimum 15 years of commercial management experience on large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong expertise in GCC procurement regulations and contractual practices
- Chartered professional status such as MRICS, FRICS, or equivalent preferred
- Advanced knowledge of FIDIC and design-build contract structures
