  • Monitor and ensure timely submission of progress claims, variation claims, and receipt of valuation certificates
  • Oversee issuance of sub-contract agreements and payment responses in accordance with contract timelines
  • Manage and report on contract status, procurement activities, and commercial performance
  • Control project cost budgets, variations, revenue streams, and cash flow projections
  • Advise on equitable adjustments, dispute resolution, and contractual claims with clients and subcontractors
  • Review contract documents to ensure compliance with contractual terms and regulatory standards
  • Lead and review quantity take-offs and tender comparisons prepared by Quantity Surveyors
  • Oversee subcontract award processes and ensure accurate and timely issuance of sub-contract documentation
  • Support formulation and negotiation of project claims and counterclaims
  • Establish and manage project variation control systems
  • Mentor and guide commercial teams in negotiation practices and contract implementation
Ideal Profile
  • Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in commercial or mixed development construction projects
  • Strong background in contract administration and commercial management
  • Proven experience handling variations, claims, and dispute resolution
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead commercial teams
  • Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for senior-level appointments
