  • Drive showroom and pop-up retail sales performance through active floor leadership and real-time coaching.
  • Oversee the complete customer journey from first inquiry to vehicle handover and aftersales coordination.
  • Monitor daily sales KPIs, pipeline performance, and conversion metrics to improve results.
  • Maintain premium showroom presentation standards aligned with BYD's technology-driven brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with marketing, HR, training, and aftersales teams to ensure seamless operational execution.
  • Analyze customer feedback, competitor activity, and market trends to refine sales strategies.
  • Ensure disciplined CRM usage, reporting accuracy, and structured follow-up processes.
Ideal Profile
  • Minimum 8 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive, mid-luxury retail, or premium customer environments.
  • At least 3 years of team leadership experience with direct accountability for revenue targets.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with ability to interpret sales data and KPIs.
  • Confident communicator with strong presence and decision-making capability.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin language skills are advantageous.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
