  • Specialized in Post-Contract Cost Consultancy services, ideal candidate will have experience in mid/large-scale residential, commercial, hospitality projects.
  • Experience in working within a team of professionals delivering post-contract cost management and consultancy.
  • Assist Senior Quantity Surveyors in measurement, assessment and agreement of variations, payment certificates, final account, cost reporting.
  • Adheres to quality control requirements and ensures all procedures are complied with.
  • Assist in benchmarking, data collection, internal reporting.
  • Ability to assist in the production and delivery of a variety of deliverables across all Funder Advisory services.
Other skills expected;
  • Traditional precontract experience in measurement, BOQ production, and pricing.
  • Standard estimation codes (NRM, POMI etc.) experience
  • Experience in tender analysis and input for tender reports
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or other Construction related field.
  • Chartered RICS Membership (MRICS) or working towards APC
  • 5 years post graduate experience
  • 2-3 years in the Middle East
