  • Manage daily operations and monitoring of the NPM pricing and rate repository system
  • Resolve incidents, system defects and performance issues to maintain high availability
  • Coordinate system releases, enhancements and configuration updates
  • Serve as the bridge between IT teams, product owners and business users
  • Develop and deliver user training materials, guides and FAQs for freight forwarding teams
  • Conduct regular system update sessions with super users and operational teams
  • Align with operational excellence teams to maintain up-to-date system documentation
  • Support onboarding of new countries, products and users into the rate management system
  • Ensure system uptime, stability and timely communication of release notes and updates
  • Maintain accurate, complete and competitive freight rates within the repository
  • Adapt system configurations to new operational or localized requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with OPS Performance and Rate Management leadership
Ideal Profile
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding
  • Strong knowledge of freight forwarding operations, pricing mechanisms and industry value drivers
  • Experience managing pricing or rate repository systems
  • Professional qualification in freight forwarding considered an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills including root cause analysis
  • Ability to guide teams across multiple organizational levels
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English
  • Comfortable operating in digital and system-driven environments
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Windows-based systems
