Quantity SurveyorJob Location : Dubai, UAEJob Responsibilities:
  • Prepare cost estimation and project budgeting
  • Handle tendering and contract management
  • Monitor project costs and ensure financial control
  • Coordinate with project managers and site teams
  • Evaluate variations and prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
Qualification:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Additional certification in Quantity Surveying is a plus
Experience:
  • Minimum 4-5 years of UAE experience
  • Experience in fit-out projects is mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Cost estimation
  • Budget planning
  • Contract administration
Salary:
