  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in motorcycle or automotive sales
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with consistent target achievement
  • Experience handling both retail and corporate fleet sales
  • Strong CRM discipline and effective lead management capabilities
  • Financial awareness including vehicle financing and insurance products
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
