- Support roads and highway design packages through detailed BIM and CAD drafting activities
- Coordinate closely with digital design leads, engineering leads, and senior drafters to meet project standards and schedules
- Develop engineering drawings including layouts, arrangements, sections, assemblies, and details based on design inputs and sketches
- Manage BIM-related activities from project startup through completion
- Review drawings for clarity, accuracy, and compliance with QA and QC standards
- Create and manage parametric and non-parametric BIM families
- Apply LOD requirements and BIM execution processes effectively
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams on model development and clash resolution
- Perform clash detection and reporting using Navisworks
- Extract quantities and generate schedules from BIM models
- Carry out additional drafting and BIM tasks as required by the project
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of UAE or MEA experience in CAD drafting for roads and highways
- Proven experience with road geometry, traffic layouts, signage, and road markings
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows and digital delivery standards
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced project environments
