Job Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities
  • Supervise installation of dry utility networks including HV and LV cables, street lighting, telecom systems, and ITS infrastructure
  • Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and authority regulations including RTA, DEWA, Etisalat, Du, and DM
  • Inspect excavation, duct laying, cable pulling, jointing, termination, and chamber installations
  • Ensure trench preparation, bedding, and protection layers meet project standards
  • Coordinate dry and wet utility works to prevent conflicts and service clashes
  • Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and as-built documentation
  • Witness inspection requests and testing activities such as continuity and insulation resistance tests
  • Coordinate with authorities for inspections, NOCs, and approvals and follow up on non-conformance reports
  • Maintain inspection records, daily reports, and documentation for quality audits
  • Verify reinstatement works, surface finishing, and final commissioning documentation before project handover
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
  • 7 to 12 years of experience in utilities engineering and infrastructure supervision
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of UAE experience in RTA or DM projects
  • Strong knowledge of dry utilities standards and authority approval processes
  • Experience in telecom and electrical utility coordination
  • Master's degree is advantageous
