What You Will Do
1. Outbound Prospecting & Business DevelopmentProspect Engagement: Promote Bayt's solutions and value proposition to C-suite executives, HR leaders, and key decision-makers across target organizations.Appointment Generation: Conduct outbound calls and outreach to schedule qualified meetings with prospective clients on behalf of the Relationship Managers.Opportunity Identification: Continuously identify and research companies, HR professionals, and senior executives who could benefit from Bayt's recruitment solutions.
2. Market Research & Lead DevelopmentPipeline Development: Build and continuously expand high-quality company and contact lists to support outreach and marketing campaigns.Prospect Research: Conduct online research to identify new companies and gather relevant information on their hiring needs and organizational structure.Lead Qualification: Engage prospective organizations to confirm company details and ensure accurate records are created within the CRM system.
3. CRM Management & Data IntegrityCRM Maintenance: Update the CRM system with all interactions, ensuring accurate tracking of communications and prospect engagement.Database Optimization: Research and update company records, including contact details, correcting inaccurate information, and removing duplicate entries.Data Quality: Ensure the integrity, reliability, and completeness of company records within the CRM database.
4. Collaboration & Operational SupportCross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Relationship Managers, marketing teams, and management to support sales initiatives and campaign targeting.Operational Support: Carry out additional marketing, sales, and operational tasks as requested by management to support business growth.
