- Assist in receiving deliveries and organizing merchandise efficiently
- Ensure store cleanliness, layout standards, and visual presentation are maintained
- Support stock counts, promotional events, and seasonal product launches
- Report operational issues and assist store management when required
- Secondary school education or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or store operations
- Comfortable working in a target-driven retail environment
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts and stand for extended hours
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to tasks
