- Submit approvals efficiently to improve first-pass approval rates
- Monitor and reduce insurance denials through proactive coordination
- Analyze rejection trends and implement corrective actions
- Maintain detailed records of approvals, denials, and follow-ups
- Support internal teams to improve billing, documentation, and workflow compliance
- UAE National with valid family book (mandatory)
- Certified professional coding qualification required
- Medical or paramedical educational background preferred
- 3 to 6 years of experience in RCM, insurance approvals, or healthcare billing
- Strong understanding of healthcare insurance processes and coding standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets
