- Lead end to end execution of leadership development tracks for Team Leaders, Department Heads, and Store Managers across UAE retail units
- Ensure consistent and high quality delivery of learning programs aligned with company strategy and store operations needs
- Conduct annual Training Needs Analysis to identify capability gaps and update program content in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts
- Partner with Store Managers to identify high potential talent and prioritize development resources toward high impact segments
- Extend learning and development initiatives to Head Office by addressing behavioral capability gaps and rolling out professional development programs
- Act as liaison with Global Solutions teams to coordinate delivery of Power Skills workshops including leadership presence, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence
- Serve as key learning partner to the Emiratisation team to ensure structured development pathways for UAE Nationals
- Build strong relationships with Regional Directors and Store Managers to drive engagement and alignment on learning objectives
- Lead and mentor Associate Manager Learning and Development to ensure seamless logistical execution of programs
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in Learning and Development or Training Operations within retail or high volume environments
- At least 2 years experience managing direct reports
- Proven track record of coordinating between Subject Matter Experts and Operations teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to align learning initiatives with business strategy and performance outcomes
