Manager Learning and Development Head Office UAE - Majid Al Futtaim - Dubai, UAE

• Lead end to end execution of leadership development tracks for Team Leaders, Department Heads, and Store Managers across UAE retail units
• Ensure consistent and high quality delivery of learning programs aligned with company strategy and store operations needs
• Conduct annual Training Needs Analysis to identify capability gaps and update program content in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts
• Partner with Store Managers to identify high potential talent and prioritize development resources toward high impact segments
• Extend learning and development initiatives to Head Office by addressing behavioral capability gaps and rolling out professional development programs
• Act as liaison with Global Solutions teams to coordinate delivery of Power Skills workshops including leadership presence, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence
• Serve as key learning partner to the Emiratisation team to ensure structured development pathways for UAE Nationals
• Build strong relationships with Regional Directors and Store Managers to drive engagement and alignment on learning objectives
• Lead and mentor Associate Manager Learning and Development to ensure seamless logistical execution of programs

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in Learning and Development or Training Operations within retail or high volume environments
• At least 2 years experience managing direct reports
• Proven track record of coordinating between Subject Matter Experts and Operations teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to align learning initiatives with business strategy and performance outcomes
