- Audit contractor payments and ensure valuation accuracy
- Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts and cost reports
- Track project expenditure and maintain accurate financial records
- Evaluate, negotiate, and finalize claim settlements
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure cost efficiency and compliance
- Prepare monthly financial statements and project reports
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- 8 to 10 years experience in infrastructure or large construction projects
- Strong understanding of pre-contract and post-contract administration
- Experience in handling claims, variations, and financial reporting
- Knowledge of construction contract documentation and commercial practices
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project priorities
- Strong analytical and communication skills
