  • Audit contractor payments and ensure valuation accuracy
  • Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts and cost reports
  • Track project expenditure and maintain accurate financial records
  • Evaluate, negotiate, and finalize claim settlements
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure cost efficiency and compliance
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and project reports
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
  • 8 to 10 years experience in infrastructure or large construction projects
  • Strong understanding of pre-contract and post-contract administration
  • Experience in handling claims, variations, and financial reporting
  • Knowledge of construction contract documentation and commercial practices
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple project priorities
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
