Prepare advisory reports and regulatory analysis to keep leadership informed of compliance developments.
Review and evaluate compliance policies and procedures across business units to ensure effectiveness.
Collect and analyse data to identify compliance risk indicators and prepare reports on risk trends.
Support projects related to regulatory changes, system enhancements, and operational compliance initiatives.
Coordinate implementation of compliance-related action plans and track progress of compliance initiatives.
Participate in the annual compliance risk assessment process and recommend improvements to risk controls.
Provide technical advice, compliance guidance, and training to internal teams on regulatory matters.
Prepare compliance reports and presentations for senior management and leadership teams.Ideal Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience in compliance management, governance, or regulatory risk management.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, corporate governance, and compliance practices.
Experience analysing legal and regulatory developments affecting corporate operations.
Ability to conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, and regulatory impact analysis.
Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills with attention to regulatory detail.
